7. Casino Operator Responsibilities

Casino operators using PartyPlay agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable gambling laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
  • Maintain valid gaming licenses as required by applicable law
  • Ensure responsible gaming practices are followed
  • Not use the Services in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARTYPLAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PartyPlay and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
